Paintings in Selected environments

My wife and I both had work in an art show “Bio/Mass: Contemporary Meditations on Nature” exhibition at the Wildling Museum of Art and Nature.  In the foreground is her “A Cabinet of Curiosities” and in the background you will see sixty-five impressionism oil landscapes of mine on the wall.

One of my clients was passing through Austin Straubel Airport in Green Bay Wi. and came across a pair of my Green Bay Packers paintings in Terminal B (Delta) in the Air Host Inc Restaurant. I had not seen them up before.

Artist John Robertson with his political painting at the Santa Paula Art Museum. The political art address’s issues with migrant workers. The painting is taped to the floor in an area where the only access to the adjoining gallery is to step directly onto it’s surface. The conceptual act of stepping onto the painting adds another dimension to the painting.
